STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY FORM

Kindly submit your inquiry form to provide insight into the desired vacation experience.

STEP 2: CONSULTATION CALL

The consultation call, while optional, serves as a valuable opportunity for mutual understanding. It facilitates a discussion on your travel expectations, allowing us to gauge compatibility and discuss our services. Communication can also be conducted via text or email as per your preference.

Consultations are essential for a thorough assessment of your requirements, tailored service recommendations, alignment with your expectations, and prompt initiation of the planning process.

Upon completion of the call, an invoice will be issued for a $35 research and planning fee, marking the next step contingent on the payment.

The necessity of this step will be determined following the completion of the inquiry form.

STEP 3: SIGN TRAVEL SERVICE AGREEMENT/ VACATION QUOTE PRESENTATION

The creation of a bespoke vacation quote typically requires 3-5 business days (often less). Upon completion, the quote will be emailed for review and discussion at a mutually convenient time, with room for questions or adjustments. Up to 3 quotes will be provided for consideration.

STEP 4: SECURE YOUR VACATION!

Upon confirming your desire to proceed with the quote and the readiness of your group to make the initial deposit, a deposit payment schedule will be arranged for booking your vacation. We remain available to address any inquiries or concerns throughout the entire vacation process.

Kindly note that it is advisable to plan group trips well in advance, preferably more than 5 months ahead. Regarding packaged rates (hotel/flight/car rental), these cannot be reserved, though payment plans can be arranged, with prices subject to change.
